For nearly 150 years, La Grange du Couvent was used by the sisters of the divine providence of Ribeauvillé as a real workshop annexed to the convent, alternately serving warehouse and workshop, and allowing the sisters, until 2006 to make the wine of their congregation itself.
It is in this 350m² building, entirely transformed into a charming house, that La Grange du Couvent continues to live - with you - new pages of its history, consolidating its local roots in the city for more than 150 years.
